The Surfacing West Distribution SMS program provides text messages from Surfacing West Distribution LLC, including order and quote updates, delivery and shipping notifications, training scheduling and confirmations, customer-care messages, and occasional promotional offers.
You opt in to the program by checking the SMS consent box on a form at surfacingwest.com, or by otherwise providing your prior express written consent to receive text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your orders, inquiries, and training activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our forms or contact us.
